Our veterinary team knows surgery can be an anxious time, and we are always available to answer any and all questions concerning the upcoming procedure.
You are welcome to check up on the status of your pet. However, we request that you allow plenty of time for your pet’s procedure to be done. If any questions arise, the doctor may contact you at the number on the Authorization Form.
With our canine patients, we advise clients to drop off the patient between 7:30 and 8:00 in the morning. Most patients are ready to be picked up by 4:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
With our feline patients, we advise clients to drop off the patient between 7:30 and 8:00 in the morning and recommend that the patient stays overnight and are able to be picked up after 8:00 a.m the following morning.
We treat your pets like the valued family members they are.
We advise all owners to call prior to pick up to confirm this time, if not directed otherwise at the time of drop-off.
When you arrive to take your pet home, the receptionist will bill you out, and a staff member will go over all discharge orders verbally and give you a written copy. If you do not understand any instructions, please do not hesitate to ask them to go over them one more time.
We hope surgery day will be a pleasant experience. We look forward to serving you and your pet on the upcoming surgery day and, years to come!
