Dr. Hinds
A graduate of Mississippi State University’s Class of 2007, Dr. Hinds knows the importance of keeping pets healthy and happy. He’s passionate about catching issues early and providing skilled surgical care when needed.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Hinds enjoys spending time with his wife and their four kids, working in his church’s music program, and raising livestock and dogs on his small farm. He’s a dedicated family man who values hard work and understands the rural lifestyle that so many of our clients live by.
Dr. Fay
Dr. Morgan Fay is a proud Missouri native, originally from Piedmont, where she was raised on a ranch with horses and beef cattle. Her rural upbringing inspired a deep love for animals and a passion for supporting agricultural communities.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness Animal Science from Southeast Missouri State University in 2020, followed by her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine in 2025.
Dr. Fay is dedicated to serving rural communities through compassionate and comprehensive veterinary care. Her clinical interests include mixed animal practice and client education, and she is committed to building strong relationships with both pets and their people.
Outside of work, Dr. Fay enjoys outdoor adventures like horseback riding, UTV/ATV riding, gardening, and spending time on the river with family and friends.
She is excited to join the Callaway County Veterinary Clinic team and looks forward to helping your animals thrive!
Michelle Smith
Michelle Smith was born and raised in Callaway County before she started working for the clinic in 1992. She has a daughter named Chelsee, who lives in Springfield, MO. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three Frenchies named Watson, Owen, and Blanche while also raising registered Angus cattle on her farm.
Donna Adam
Donna is currently the head technician after starting as a CSR for Callaway in 2000! She was also born and raised in Callaway County and is married and has three dogs named Curly, Bailey, and Flip. Outside of work, she enjoys arrowhead hunting and floating on MO rivers.
